Doodstil staat ze daar.. haar bebloede handen om de stok geklemd.Haar lichaam zit onder de schrammen en haar kleren zijn gescheurd. Ze staat daar maar, voor een open slagveld. Overal om haar heen ziet ze lijken liggen. De wachttorens reiken hoog boven haar uit. De geweren blinken in het zonlicht. Angstkreten, schoten en schreeuwende mensen dringen niet meer tot haar door. Ze staat daar maar, doodstil. Het prikkeldraad ligt dreigend voor haar voeten. De wapens van de soldaten in de wachttorens bewegen dreigend heen en weer. Wachtend op een kans om een vluchteling neer te schieten. langzaam beweegt ze. Ze tilt de stok omhoog en stapt rustig met kleine passen vooruit. Voet voor voet schuifelt ze over het prikkeldraad. De punten prikken in haar bloedende voeten. Ze merkt het niet eens meer, Ze loopt langzaam door. Langs alle doden die er al gevallen zijn. Nog steeds met de stok hoog opgeheven. In het midden van het veld staat ze stil. Langzaam draait ze zich om. Kijkt nog een keer terug naar de plaats waar ze stond. Ze verzamelt haar laatste kracht en steekt de stok in de grond. Nog voordat ze weer rechtop staat hoort ze een schot. Langzaam zakt ze in elkaar, vlak voor de stok valt ze neer. Ze kijkt omhoog. Een witte vlag wappert zacht heen en weer. Een traan rolt over haar wangen. Haar missie was volbracht.. Langzaam sluit ze haar ogen..

moet leren over de koude oorlog..
kwam t ijzeren gordijn tegen, en dacht toen hieraan..

hi,
Ik kan live messenger niet meer gebruiken omdat ik een nieuwe versie moet installeren, maar dat doet 'ie niet op de één of andere manier. Dus ik kan niet meer op msn, totdat hij het wél installeert. (en nu ben ik nog pissiger dan ik al was. >_< Klote zooi.)
